Update

I am so happy to see that all of the people involved in this project are from the area, not further than a 15 minutes travel distance,  artist, photographers, builders, electricians, gardeners, producers, volunteers, etc… At the moment we are preparing the kitchen for the last details and the rebuild of the floor, painting the walls from this thursday, the garden is taking shape with the garden beds almost complete and ready to be planted.

The inspiration is coming from everywhere, people we talk to on the streets, visiting producers and suppliers (A very special detail in the wine and drinks offering, great!), friends offering their skills and time to be apart of this project, and from many locals who are gathering to create a more sustainable future.

I love what we are doing, I love that people know that there is a door open and they jump into it with open minds and put ideas in the air and with that the sparkle of new energy has been created. I love when people share their dreams with me because I know and can participate in those as well. I love this sharing and giving.
