I read your article with keen interest. I learned cheese making along with making Kefir yoghurt and sourdough breads while living in Nelson, however I have moved to Chch and sadly during the move my sourdogh starter and kefir granules died and I am eager to obtain a new supply, as well as learn where I can source whole milk in Chch?
