Goat Cheese

This is so simple, so easy to do that makes it more enjoyable. Fresh goat curd made in the old fashion way with goat milk and lemon juice, nothing else. I would say that it really tastes like a soft feta cheese, without the addition of salt in the cheese or brine makes a big difference, mine is not going to stay good for a long time because the absence of salt, that’s not a problem, for sure is going to be gone in less than a week.

(it cracked because I didn’t flatten it on the other side, learning something new every day)
