The last week I was thinking and talking a lot about Mugaritz, sharing ideas with people about their philosophy and way of doing things. I am behind Clorofilia (2004) and I found out there is a new book on the way.
These are some of the dinner photos ! It was so special, even I prepared the mise en place of one of the desserts in the tasting menu… La Violeta…. they were 4 hr 30 min… I remember…. 17 courses and matching wine… beer and sake.
